Notes to the rental rates
- Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion, i.e. Easter, School half term holidays, Christmas and New Year
- A Refundable deposit of £200.00 is required upon booking. This fee will be held for damages and breakages and will be fully refunded following an inspection within 2 weeks of your departure date
- A deposit of 25% of the booking fee is required within 7 days of booking and the remainder fee is due 8 weeks before the arrival date
- There will be a £70 charge for a total villa clean on departure. This is payable with your deposit
- All linen and towels are included in the price and are changed weekly
- Please note Swimming Pool towels are not provided.
